Our goal is to develop our young ballplayers both on and off the field. Advanced aspects of the game will be taught as players prepare for the transition to high school baseball. The program is designed for players with the focus and drive to become varsity level high school players. Players will be developed and prepared to make their high school team.
Our rosters are structured to ensure each player has the optimal opportunity to develop their overall skill set. We will have a maximum of 14 players on the roster.
Our winter workouts begin the first week of December and run until the start of our regular season, typically the first week in April. There are two practices per week for a total of approximately 30 practices. Practices are held at Extra Innings in Middleton and the Route One SportsPlex in Danvers.
Spring and Summer practices are held once per week starting April 1st and run until the season is complete in July. Outdoor Practices take place at St. John’s Prep in Danvers.
We play in the New England Elite Baseball League. The regular season is approximately 30 games. Home games are played in the Danvers area. Our division level is determined in January after we have evaluated our talent level during winter workouts. Our team is placed at a level that will challenge us, yet also ensure that we are competitive on a weekly basis.
We attend two tournaments each spring. The tournament schedule is finalized during the winter. Possible tournaments include Perfect Game Super 25 and the CABA World Series, held in Northborough, Massachusetts, Diamond Nation’s 14U World Series held in Flemington, New Jersey, Baseball Heaven’s Memorial Day Classic held in Long Island, New York, and the Super East Tournament in Hartford, Connecticut. We typically play 8-10 tournament games.
